At SpinelLanka (Pvt) Ltd, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. We understand that travel plans may change, and therefore we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.
Customers may cancel their booking and receive a refund of the amount paid, less any non-refundable supplier fees, administrative charges, or third-party booking fees.
A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking value may apply depending on confirmed hotel reservations, transportation bookings, and other supplier commitments.
No refund will be provided unless otherwise stated in writing, as most travel services will have already been secured with suppliers.
Failure to arrive on the scheduled travel date without prior notification will be considered a "No Show" and no refund will be issued.
Requests to modify travel dates, passenger information, or itineraries are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Refund processing may take between 7 and 30 business days depending on the payment provider, card issuer, and banking institution.
If a hotel, transportation provider, or activity operator cancels a confirmed service, SpinelLanka will offer a suitable alternative or process a refund for the affected service.
SpinelLanka shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, political unrest, pandemics, airline disruptions, or extreme weather conditions.
